"If you can write, that's great. If you can tell a story, that's even greater. But if you can work a resilient premise into both, you're worth digging to find."

The Secret Sense of Wildflower by Susan Gabriel

Novel, (Historical/Epic); A heartwarming, charming tale of Wildflower McAllister narrating her most private thoughts. The story takes place in the Tennessee mountains during the 1940's, where our heroine copes with life's harsh offerings by tapping into a place few seldom reach--the secret sense.  A little sad, but don't open this one thinking Wildflower is going to let you feel sorry for her. Delightful storytelling.
